Very accommodating staff who go above and beyond to help you and when there were problems, they fixed them quickly. Despite dated decor, this was only in style. Good quality bed and very comfy armchair in my room. It’s not 5 star but it doesn’t claim to be. Bathroom very clean and comes with bathrobes and slippers! Breakfast was generous and with a wide variety of options, a proper bean to coffee machine, and freshly squeezed orange juice. I also have a jacuzzi bath in mine which was lovely. Late check out also much appreciated!

The location is nice, close to subway station to go to Central station. Very good eating places near by as well as a grocery store right round the corner. Lady at the counter was very helpful , she told us the quick and cheap way to go to Lake Cuomo. Also booked our cab back to Milane centrale. The gentleman on the helpdesk was nice too who guided us to a grand italian restaurent nearby and made our reservation on phone.

The room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped with everything I needed. To my pleasant surprise, I received an upgrade upon arrival. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. I loved the hotel's old-classy vibe, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quiet area just outside the city centre.

The breakfast was included in the price and was always amazing. Loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and the variety of food available. The staff were always so lovely - nothing was too much trouble. After a few days the staff in the breakfast room had our cappucino ready for us when we came down for breakfast.
